Before You Reach Out
Common questions answered.
How quickly will I get a response?
+
Every consultation request is reviewed by a partner and acknowledged within one business day. For urgent matters (interim relief, criminal complaints, time-bound notices), call directly on +91 96435 72870 or WhatsApp +91 96435 72870 — we triage urgent matters the same day.
Do I need to bring documents to the first meeting?
+
Where available, please bring: relevant agreements/notices, copies of FIRs or court summons, ID proof, and a one-page chronology of events. The diagnostic conference is more productive when both sides have the documentary record in hand.
What is the cost of an initial consultation?
+
Initial consultations are scoped during the call. Fees vary by matter complexity. We provide a written engagement letter with milestone-linked or capped retainer fees before any substantive work begins.
Can I have the consultation virtually?
+
Yes. We conduct first consultations over Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp video or telephone — particularly for NRI clients and out-of-Delhi engagements. Document review is handled through encrypted file transfer.
How is client confidentiality protected?
+
All engagements are governed by professional privilege under the Bar Council of India Rules. We use secure document portals, NDAs where appropriate, and controlled internal access — particularly for sensitive matrimonial, M&A and investigation matters.
Do you handle pro-bono or government-assigned matters?
+
We accept select pro-bono matters of constitutional or public-interest character on a discretionary basis. For government-assigned panel work, please reach out via the contact form.
